Supercritical fluid Extraction (SCFE) is a green technology used for extraction of Natural Products. Supercritical CO2 is considered as a safe solvent and most widely used to extract natural products keeping its aroma and actives unchanged. It is nontoxic, non-flammable, non-corrosive, and easy to handle extraction media allowing supercritical operation at low pressures and near room temperature. It is environmental friendly and generally recognized as safe (GRAS) technique.

Our facility at Mysore is with 2 X 250 Ltr. capacity with Co-solvent capability is managed by experienced professionals. PLC assisted SCFE system has high level of consistency in extraction which makes our products competitive and consistent in quality. The plant has a capacity to extract 300 to 400 MT raw materials per annum.

Our R&D Team developed various products and methods to extract natural products meeting regulatory requirements of various countries including safer pesticide residue levels.

Our researches on extraction using chemical kinetics of CO2 made the organization competitive and stand alone.

The facility meeting GMP and has various food certifications like FSSAI, Kosher, Halal, GVC, ISO 22000 2018, NPOP, NOP and EU. We take utmost care in handling Raw materials, SFG and FG to keep our products safe and meet all above standards.
